I am lucky to have been able to get the Starbucks planner early this year.  It just so happened that I have a friend who needed to collect 3 planners to give to friends abroad so I let him in on the cheapest route to get several planners (and got a planner for myself at a minimum cost minus all the coffee calories in the process).

There are several ways to get this years planner:
  • The regular way - Collect 18 stickers by buying 18 drinks: 9 core drinks and 9 Christmas drinks.  This year's Christmas flavors are Toffee Nut Latte, Peppermint Mocha, and Gingerbread Latte.  My favorite Dark Cherry Mocha is conspicuously absent this year.
  • You can also buy 5,000php worth of Starbucks merchandise and get the planner on the spot.
  • The cheapest and most practical way (which is what my friend and I did) - Load 5,000php onto your Starbucks card and get the planner instantly.  The best part of this is that when you use your 5,000php load, you can still get stickers when you buy drinks.  In effect, it's like really getting a planner free upfront.  This is the best option for people like me who don't really like coffee but are forced to endure the caffeine and extra calories for the sake of the planner.  What I suggest is asking 2 other friends (so you would be 3 in a group), divide the cost of loading 5,000php onto the card, and take turns in using the card to buy your coffee.  In effect, it's like spending around 1,700php for a planner (and you don't have to buy the cheapest drinks at that) as opposed to around 2,5000 if we peg one drink at around 150php.
Well anyway, here are the pictures of the planner.  Obviously I got the magenta one.  I apologize for the picture quality since I just used my phone's camera.
